Andrew Espino

About Born and raised in San Jose California, Andrew Espino, graduated with Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from St. Mary's College of California in 2002. Shortly after, his Real Estate career began as a Sr. Loan Processor in 2002. In 2005 he became Vice President of the Lawrence Company and was also elected to be a partner of the firm. In 2008 Andrew joined the Re/Max Advisors prominent Foreclosure specialist in Santa Clara County and was soon handling multiple transactions monthly. In 2009 Andrew was of the top 50 producing agents in Santa Clara County. In 2014 he obtained his broker's licensed and open his own brokerage and teamed up with Realty Executives International. ​ He is Experienced in REO - Bank Owned, Short Sales, 1031 exchanges, Real Estate Investments, Commercial Real Estate Transactions, and Mortgage Loan Origination.
